Guangzhou Cast Iron Platform, Guangzhou Cast Iron Plate, Guangzhou Cast Iron Right Angle Ruler generally feature a box-like structure, with working surfaces that are rectangular, square, or circular. The materials used are HT200-300 and QT400-600, employing scraping technology. The working surfaces can be processed with V-grooves, T-grooves, U-grooves, dovetail grooves, round holes, elongated holes, etc., serving as a planar reference tool for workpiece and equipment inspection, marking, assembly, welding, fabrication, and riveting.
Quality Inspection of Guangzhou Cast Iron Platform:
1. The working surface should be free from rust, scratches, bumps, and other appearance defects that affect usability.
2. The working surface should not have casting defects such as sand holes, air holes, cracks, slag inclusions, or shrinkage porosity. All casting surfaces should be cleared of molding sand, be flat, and have firmly applied paint. All edges should be deburred. On platforms with an accuracy grade lower than "00," sand holes with a diameter smaller than 15mm may be filled with the same material, provided the hardness of the filler is lower than that of the surrounding material. There should be no more than four filled areas on the working surface, with a minimum distance of 80mm between them.
3. On opposite sides, threaded holes or cylindrical holes should be provided for installing handles, lifting rings, and other hoisting facilities. The design of hoisting positions should minimize changes caused by lifting.
4. If threaded holes or grooves are added to the plate working surface per user requirements, these areas should not protrude above the working surface.
5. It should be manufactured from high-quality fine-grained gray cast iron or alloy cast iron.
6. The hardness of the working surface should be HB 170-220.
7. The working surface should be processed using scraping technology. For "Grade 3" platforms, planing technology may also be used, with the surface roughness of the planed working surface not exceeding an Ra value of 5μm.
8. It should undergo stabilization treatment and demagnetization.
